Hello,
I have a PC with Cortex XDR version 7.3.0 and I can't uninstall it. I've already tried the Cytool protect disable command but it doesn't work. I've also tried XDRAgentCleaner 7.6.0 but obviously it doesn't work, it doesn't accept the admin password in any case. Does anyone have a solution?
Thanks

Hi Operator_ADM
There is a cleanup tool for cases like this. Just ask TAC support for it.
Best Regards

Hello,
First of all, thank you for your reply. I've also tried the All Endpoints => Endpoint Control tab and the Action Center but the computer in question doesn't appear because versions below 7.6.0 are not listed in our Cortex interface. So I'm going to contact TAC Support.
Thanks for your help
