Hi,
Has anyone had a delay in W11 with Cortex XDR , when trying to print, for example, a PDF
In my case, to print a simple 1mb pdf... edge opens the pdf by default... and when we do CRTL+P, we wait 1 to 2 minutes, until the preview appears and we can print.
The machine has a lot of free resources (memory cpu etc)...
I think the cortex is analyzing something in the process or in the document , but I can't be sure, can anyone help?

Currently there are no known issues affecting print speed with the Cortex XDR Agent. If you continue having these problems I suggest creating a support ticket. Our support engineers will be able to look at the logs of affected endpoints and offer a solution is a problem with the Cortex XDR Agent is found.
