Is it possible for DEV and PROD servers to use the same set of engines?

An Engine can only connect to a single XSOAR server. However, you can run multiple engines on the same host. Step 2.5 in the docs mentions selecting the checkbox to allow multiple engines on the same host. Note that this will only work when using the Shell installer. You should be able to download an installer (with the multiple engines checkbox selected) from dev AND from prod and install them on the same host.
