How to join slack {{#demisto-developers }} channel

L2 Linker

Hi,

I registered my account and received an email with following content:

Join the Slack workspace Cortex XSOAR DFIR Community now to start collaborating! by clicking here or the button below.

However, the link seems expired and I got following msg:

This link is no longer active

To join this workspace, you’ll need to ask the person who originally invited you for a new link.

Can somebody advise how to join the {{#demisto-developers }}channel? Thanks!

Hi @TonyZhu ,

Once you verified you're signed into the DFIR community, can you attempt to join the channel through the following link:

https://dfircommunity.slack.com/archives/CMWN08YB1

If it helps try joining through an incognito page or clear your cache and browsing data before.

Hi @albmartinez,

How to verify if i successfully register my account to DFIR community?

I registered in this link: https://start.paloaltonetworks.com/join-our-slack-community but the invitiation email always got me the expired slack link as above. Thanks!

Hi @TonyZhu did you try signing in with the link I previously sent?

Hi @albmartinez

Yes but it didn't work - ask for 6 digit code but slack email said "No account found"

I have exactly the same situation.

Interestingly, often there is no form.... on this page at all:
https://start.paloaltonetworks.com/join-our-slack-community

A moment ago, the form appeared again:

But still, when I click on the link in the email, it says that the invitation has expired

Again, there is no form on the website

Same issue here, the invitation link is expired so you / we won't be able to join before a new invitation link is generated...

Hi all,

It looks like the automation that assigns the users to the DFIR Groups is currently broken.

If you are a customer please contact your Customer Success team to be added manually by a DFIR admin.

Thank you

Hi,

I tried to register today. I received the email, but the link doesn't work. It's the same issue.

"The link is no longer active. To join this workspace, you'll need to ask the person who originally invited you for a new link."

someone can help?

Best regards
Tiago Marques

If you PM me your email I should be able to invite you to the slack workspace (in which an admin will have to approve it).
