Does anyone have any thoughts on how you would monitor a chat/note that's added to an incident.
Ultimately, i need to create a trigger script for some automation to occur once that new chat/note is added.

Hi @JoshBoyd,
I don't think this is possible. You can NOT trigger field change scripts based on the DBot Modified field.
1. You can probably have a scheduled command that runs every few min to check if a new note has been added to the incident.
2. You can change the way the note is added to investigation. Choosing a Data Collection task would allow you accept the input and still continue other automated steps.
3. You can also choose the Completion notes section while completing manual tasks.
You approach depends on the use case.
