Hi,

we've been having issues with Live Backup:

Live Backup encountered the following error on this host: [master] Failed live back on remote server [401], [{"id":"unauthorized","status":401,"title":"Unauthorized","detail":"The request requires authorization","error":"DR authorization header does not equal configured key [XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX]","encrypted":false,"multires":null} "{}" ] [2023-08-01 00:00:00 +0000 UTC] Failed live back on remote server [401], [{"id":"unauthorized","status":401,"title":"Unauthorized","detail":"The request requires authorization","error":"DR authorization header does not equal configured key [XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX]","encrypted":false,"multires":null} "{}" ]

after rebooting production server.

Hi,

I would recommend to open a support case for this issue. It is possible that for some odd reason the live backup server could’ve gotten out of sync or experienced some other issue.

Thanks. But we have already an open ticket from last week. I was hoping I would get more help here.

Unfortunately due to the complexity of the feature it is very difficult to troubleshoot without logs and other information which is not appropriate to be shared on public forum such as this. I might add a suggestion to re-setup the backup server if you can afford the time to do it.

Thank you for the information.
