Hello LC,
I have recently developed some advanced workflows with team integration. I use the MicrosoftTeamsAsk to send a message to a user, and when the user clicks on one of the buttons within Teams, they receive an error message, "Unable to reach app. Please try again." After a few clicks on the button, the response is received successfully. In some cases, no matter how many presses the button returns the same error. I have reached out to PAN support and have been told that this issue is on the Microsoft side therefore, the ticket was closed. Has anyone experienced this issue and has any idea how to resolve it? I doubt this can be used in a production environment if this core functionality is not performing as expected.
