Question on Implementation with Bash Automation

We created a Bash Automation that we would like to automate within XSOAR. I see powershell as an option as a language, but not bash. Am I only allowed to create automations with these 3 languages (python, js, powershell)?

You are correct. From the XSOAR Admin Guide...

"In the Automation page, you can view, edit, and create automations in JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell."

Hi @NickyR, you can also use the Remote Access integration to connect to another Linux server and run the bash commands on. You can also user the XSOAR server with the above integration. 

You can also choose to use Python's subprocess library. Refer to our "Ping" automation to see how. If you want to run the same on an external system, add an engine and configure the automation to run on that engine. When installing the engine ensure that you also install Python on that server.
