Can it link into 3rd party tools such as Proofpoint or Symantec dlp?

XSOAR can integrate with Symantec DLP, as for proofpoint, XSOAR integrates with the following products: Proofpoint FEED, TAP, Protection Server and Threat Response. Currently, there aren't OOTB playbooks for handling DLP incidents for these platforms. Here are some useful links:
