I'm currently enrolled in the PSE Professional Cortex XDR course on the Palo Alto Networks Learning Center. In one of the submodules, after submitting answers in the Knowledge Check section, I received incorrect feedback, and now the "Submit" button is disabled. The questions are no longer selectable, and I cannot retry the quiz.
Because of this issue, I am unable to complete the course and access the final certification exam.
Does anyone know what may be causing this issue?
Any guidance or help to reset the Knowledge Check would be appreciated.
