Email Traps message show the agent version is 1.0

Hi,

The following issue are happen on new install computer, and some email show the agent version is 1.0 and some email show the agent is 4.1.3.33176. The both computer install the traps on same day.

Any advise?

Log Event: Agent Installed to System

Computer: PC1

Agent Version: 1.0

That is very odd behavior. I would recommend to collect a support log from the reporting agent and reach out to Palo Alto Network Endpoint support. They will be very curious as to why you are seeing this behavior.
