Hello,
I just need help because I have an issue with an app detected as a threat by Traps 4.1.4 even if this app has been previously allowed
Any idea please?

If you have an internal app that is now stopped by traps, there are a couple of things to check. Did the App update recently? did you update Content Updates in the Traps env.? If you an answer No to either of these questions, it is recommended to reach out to support to make an exception as well as inform the engineering team of your internal app, and potentially make a conent update team to avoid this issue in the future.
