Process logs grayed out?

When i try to process logs the "process logs" button is grayed out?

Stopping the Pan Orders Agent, canceling jobs, flushing it, then restarting it fixes the issue.

Looks like something is stuck....

What are the permissions suppose to be?

 

I created a new Hard Disk, mounted it and moved all logs to that. I assume it has to be permissions somewhere.

Stopping the Pan Orders Agent, canceling jobs, flushing it, then restarting it fixes the issue. 

The PAN Agent needs to be running to perform some background tasks.

Downloading content is one of them.

You can see the PAN Agent status via the icon on the top bar.
