10.1.6 HA running Config not synchronized - PA 850

L4 Transporter

Hi All,

I have two standalone FWs in HA. There running config was working fine but for sometime it's not synchronized and I can see below on the dash board. Need your expert suggestion to resolve this.

paragkarki143_1-1657261178378.png

- disk space is below 80 % on both FWs

- ran >request high-availability sync-to-remote running-config on primary and comitted on the peer FW

-did force commit

-no pending job on the FWs

-no alarms on the system logs

-ha agent has below error

paragkarki143_0-1657261867123.png

-no specific HA alarms on System Log

-all the licenses/threat IDs/ are matching

Many thanks,

@BPry :

Hello,

Anything you can think of that was changed?

Regards,

Hi Otakar,

Do not remember anything particular. Where should I start troubleshooting next?? Any Daemon??logs?
Below is something is see in the peer FW's sys log.

Lets say two firewalls have different running configs somehow, how to get them safely to sync?

Hello,

On the standby PAN, make sure there are no pending changes or commit locks.

Then try clicking the syn to peer again. If that doesnt work, I would recommend opening a support case.

Issue resolved, there were actually config difference in the pri and sec Fws'. Compared the configs one by one to make the changes.

Thanks for your suggestion and help @OtakarKlier
