I need help I ordered my voucher on Palo Alto Market since 10/11/2023 and I received it I have not yet had the exam in my Palo Pearson view account I have written to Pearson several times view which sends me to palo alotstore which never replies to my emails can anyone help me

Hi @jeanafoukpavi ,
Are you missing the voucher code? The voucher code to pay for your test looks to be in the 1699699705871blob(1).png photo you shared. You would enter that code when paying for the PCNSA test. I would recommend removing your attachments as it shows personal information and someone can use your code to pay for their test.
