i would like to know how the ACC Risk Factor is calculated?

Hi,

Be reminded that risk factor is calculated according to the criteria based on the doc provided. Some apps are treated as high risk as they match those criteria, but to customers they are actually legitimate apps. One good example is MS-Exchange. You must allow internal MS-Exchange app though it is at risk 4. If you don't want it be treated as high risk in your environment, you can always customize the risk under object-> application, click on the app to change any risk level of the app.
