Access Denied to Learning Articles

L1 Bithead

Hi,

How do I get access to below link?

https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/learning-articles/packet-flow-sequence-in-pan-os/ta-p/56081

I usually get below message when I try to access learning articles on PA. I'm registered as a customer. Any ideas please?

Seems that link is only for PA employes access.

However you can access below link for packet flow sequence.

thanks MP

Please have them update the link then in the Learning Center training videos.  In the Firewall 9.0 Initial Configuration section it has the link to which is only available to PA employees instead of the public one you shared.

Thanks,
