I have issue  access to Palo Alto Web management Slow ( around 20second to 30second) (Browser Firefox and Chrome).

As @kiwi stated this could be a MP load issue if it was working perfectly fine until now. If it's not the MP it might also be worth listing what specific appliance we're talking about and if it was ever loading in a "proper" time period for you.
