AD Group PDF Summary Report

Hi

I configure PDF Summary report for AD group.The way i did , i create the Custom AD group report and attached this custome report to PDF Summary report.But the  generated pdf summary report doesnt have any data it shows all the the custom report with any data.If run manually the custom group report i will get the data.Please let me know what will be the issue.

Could you attach some screenshots of the report configuration? Perhaps there is a configuration problem that we will discover.

I want also to generate a reports by group using the group in the AD.. Please see attached image. after running this it state that no matching records.. PLease help us how to do this in the right way.. thanks

Try using the operator 'in' which means 'include' instead of the equal.  See screenshot.

I notice in your screenshot you were using a forward slash / between the domain & AD group name.  Did you try using the backslash \ ?

I recommend you contact Support and have it reviewed.  We do support reporting by AD group.
