Can i check if it is possible to allo  the same admin account to login only 1 browser at one time and not muliple browser?

Hi @JingKai ,

To view access permissions for users, go to Device -> Admin Roles -> Select the Admin profile assigned to the Admin user in question -> Web UI. Here you will see a legend of items you can allow/deny a profile access to.

May i know which one should i choose.?

I want to allow the admin account to have only 1 session per browser.

E.g if the admin account login in on Chrome browser, he is not allow to login by firefox broswer concurrently.

Hi @JingKai ,

You can set a Max Session Count under Device > Setup > Management > Authentication Settings :

If you set the Max number to '1' the admin will get a message saying 'Not authorized' when he tries to create a 2nd session:
