Antivirus Compatibility Mismatch

Hi, i just realised that my two PA (active/passive) have an alert of HA Antivirus Compatibility. I have checked the version in Dynamic Updates and its the same in bot devices. CAn you tell me why this mismatch happens???

I attached an screenshot with 2 device and the antivirus version

I did a revert to last Antivirus and then i come back to the actual and now its syncronized....... Thanks a lot

That is strange.Can you rever to older version by using webgui or uploading the content.(on both device)

I agree with that but it doesn't explain why

I sugest you to open a case for this to be followed by the support team

How do you do your dynamic update ? Download on the master and sync on the slave or update both independently ?

If you're using the second, please config the firts one and under each dynamic update check "sync with peer"

This also occurred with our setup and we had to roll back to the last release.We worked with TAC to see what actually occured and they believe there might have been a problem with one of the antivirus databases (same release as yours), or one of the updates corrupted the PANs database . Waiting to see what happens with the next releaseSmiley Wink
