Hi Gents,
I installed Palo Alto between clients and my server farm in VWire Active/Active mode.
I created a policy for user access to the file server, and when I apply the antivirus profile to the policy the share accidentally hangs from time to time.
the share size is a round 2 TB.
how can I resolve that Issue, and by the way I created the antivirus profile to apply default actions, alert, and block each time once, and I got the same result.
Regards,
Maher

Hello Sir,
Is the share file, source and destinations are trusted....? If they are trusted, you can skip the layer 7 processing to reduce the overhead by applying an App-override policy. It will just verify till Layer-4 info and process accordingly.
For more information regarding App-override policy, please find below mentioned documents.

Hope it will help you.
Thanks
