L0 Member

Hi,

Does anyone know how you can remove an asset (PA-200 ) from your account ( unregister a device )

I like to remove the devices from my account  that I don't use anymore.

kind regards

@NCi_Rmusick,

Old post, but I've actually gone through this process now. You need to open up a case and select Admin as the product category, and then simply let them know the serials that you want to remove. There's not a way for customers to do this themselves, but PAN will do it on the backend so you don't have to deal with a bunch of assets that aren't in service anymore.

@systemadminvpk,

This might be a question for your Account Manager and seeing if it's something that they can do. I honestly have no idea if they can, or if you would need to open a support ticket to get it removed.

You could also utilize Device Tags to help filter your asset list if you have a longer list, that might take care of your needs.
