A quick Google search seems to indicate this might be a disk problem?

What steps should be taken next?

first two errors comes from failed ATA transaction. It does not mean that the drive is immediately failing, but is a good sign that the drive is starting to have issues.  Generally means that it is likely to have other problems in the near future.

third error means content failed to either download or install.

Please open up a case for further investigating.
