Beaon PCNSE study guide - practise questions

L3 Networker

Hi Guys

did one of the  prep exams and had a couple of questions marked wrong.. but not sure they were.. any ideas?

Q1

GlobalProtect clientless VPN provides secure remote access to web applications that use which three technologies? (Choose three.)

Ruby
HTML
HTML5
Python
JavaScript

(my selection in bold above)

  •

from PA DOCS they note this:"GlobalProtect Clientless VPN provides secure remote access to common enterprise web applications that use HTML, HTML5, and JavaScript technologies"

    - so unsure how they can mark this as being incorrect.

Q2

Which two types of IP address lists can be updated in your Security policy without requiring you to recommit your firewall’s configuration? (Choose two.)

  • Address object
    geographic region
    External Dynamic List
    Static Address Group object

(my selection in bold ) EDL  i suspect might be wrong as it is auto updated in EDL and not necessarily in the security policy.. but not sure if address object might be the correct one then? imo changing an address object does require a commit as the candidate config changes to that of the running config.

any ideas?

thanks in adv

Hello,

For question 1, it could be a false positive, but seems you answered it correctly.

For question 2, you are correct, both are updated automatically and no need for a manual commit.

Best of luck!
