We want to allow the use of Spotify for our clients, but Spotify does not only download files, but it also shares files through P2P to other users of Spotify.
We wish to only allow download/streaming, and we wish to block the P2P upload feature.
Please see more information here: Lithium's blog
Anyone?

Since it is using ports tcp/80,dynamic it will not be able to be blocked on port number.
You can request to add these as separate feature.
Also i think you should check on dev center if anybody has already developed signatures for it. Dev center is where developers and other users share their custom signature and help each other with this. Following doc explains.

Hope this helps.
