can't export BPA file

I need export BPA file, so I follow guide link https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/strata-cloud-manager/getting-started/dashboards/on-demand-bpa-repo...

But when I access this page, the option to upload the tech-support file does not appear.

Hello @KhoiVu 

could you click on drop down list of "More Dashboards" located in the top right corner, then select check box of "On Demand BPA"?

thank you for reply.

To me it looks like a permission issue. Your account looks like limited to only a few functions within dashboard. I would check with the admin in your organization to see you have right role.
