Users cannot authenticate to the GlobalProtect website to get the client. Users that downloaded the client before this issue was reported can authenticate with the client. I verified this issue with my own login. I cannot reboot this firewall during business hours.

the portal (client download interface + configuration for clients) and gateway (vpn connector) can independently be configured with different authentication mechanisms, therefore someone that already has the client and is connecting to the gateway (not portal) may be able to use different credentials
please verify in portal and gateway if the same authentication profile is configured
