cannot create technical case in portal

We registered couple of paloalto VM firewall in portal. Registration done. but when we going to create Technical case , Devices not showing.

Hi @LYCA-ITNETWORK ,

 

Did you register the VM-Series yourself? Could it have been registered by your reseller/support partner? If you go onto your inventory, do you see the devices there? If youre not seeing it at all, It could be registered under a different account. In that case, you can reach out to TAC via an admin case to figure out where it is registered so you can move it to the right account.
