Cannot view config difference in Panorama

L4 Transporter

Hello,

When I do a 'show config diff' from CLI in Panorama, all I get is something like:

-    outfile /opt/pancfg/session/pan/user_tmp/6822880318474071/opresult.out.10687;

+    outfile /opt/pancfg/session/pan/user_tmp/6822880318474071/opresult.out.10688;

Using 9.0.7

No change was made and I can view the config difference from the firewall and also from the Panorama Webgui.

How do I fix this?

have you tried restarting the management-server (or panorama as a whole) ?

> debug software restart process management-server

@reaper

Restarting the management plane did not work.

We have scheduled a window for the whole Panorama reboot.

PANCFG is not using that much space.

Any further troubleshooting steps you can provide please?

Filesystem      Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on

/dev/root       8.0G  6.0G  1.6G  80% /

none             32G   60K   32G   1% /dev

/dev/sda5        24G   11G   13G  47% /opt/pancfg

/dev/sda6       6.0G  1.8G  3.9G  32% /opt/panrepo

tmpfs            32G  110M   32G   1% /dev/shm

cgroup_root      32G     0   32G   0% /cgroup

/dev/sda8        32G   18G   13G  58% /opt/panlogs

/dev/loop0      9.9G  8.8G  619M  94% /opt/mongobuffer

try restarting the config daemon:

> debug software restart process configd

If that doesn't work you'll want to see if debug logging on both configd and managemnt-server provide any type of clue as to what is going on. you'll want to get a tech support file and get TAC involved
