ChatGPT not rendering correctly

L0 Member

So I have finally found out why ChatGPT is not working. cdn.oaistatic.com which is where all the css files are kept is being sent to the sinkhole. What is the correct way to get this resolved. I have sent this to get the classification updated and it has but still not working.

@mbritt,

So this is categorized properly. I'm guessing here that you are sinkholing any newly-registered-domain categorized website in your Anti-Spyware policy. You'll need to override that behavior as a DNS Exception.

@mbritt,

So this is categorized properly. I'm guessing here that you are sinkholing any newly-registered-domain categorized website in your Anti-Spyware policy. You'll need to override that behavior as a DNS Exception.

Any hints as to how to do this? The instructions provided by Palo Alto don't seem to work if you don't have a DNS security licence (which we don't).

It's the URL filtering policy rule that is blocking the newly registered domain, not the Anti-spyware policy, and there seems to be no way to put in an exception on the URL filtering.

So, I'm experiencing the same issue, I took a look at our anti spyware policies and under the DNS Policies newly registered domains are set to the action default(allow). I've added cdn.oaistatic.com into the DNS exceptions for our anti-spyware policy but the site is still not rendering correctly. Is there anything else that I'm missing?

In our case it was not the DNS Exceptions in the Anti-Spyware profile, but we had to add the URL in the Allow URL list under URL Category.
