cloud connection not connected

admin@FW01> request url-filtering
> install Install uploaded url database
> save Save PaloAlto Networks url database
> update update url category

 

i cannot find a cli to trigger the url filtering .

 

Any way to do ?

Very interesting!  That command has been removed as of PAN-OS 9.1.  https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClIdCAK. (Scroll to bottom.)

Thanks Tom !

I take the action which the link you provided.

 

after that, I find that firewall enable the URL filtering and ssl decryption.

 

Action : 

> disable the ssl decryption

> add 1 more security rule to allow the traffic and disable the URL filtering 

Then work now..
