Could you please let us know what is the command to deactivate the VM as we lost the gui access and need cli command to deactivate VM

You'll want to go through the following process and deactivate everything that you have licensed. This will also walk you through getting the tok file in the event that you need to do it manually, just be aware that you'll need to have some way to transfer that file off of the VM series if it can't connect to the internet.
