Hi All,
I run a new PA-500 with PanOS-4.0.13, and when I do some testing and would like to commit, the commit fail and show the error message " deviceconfig -> setting -> custom-logo unexpected here".
Is there any one know what the mean is?
Thanks.
Regards,
Joy

Could it be that you imported a running-config.xml from a newer PANOS?
Try to export current running-config.xml and manually delete any entries regarding custom-logo.
Then import it back (dont forget to change the filename otherwise you will end up with a running-config and one running-config.xml or something like that).

Hi,
As mikand said export the running config.
Change the name of the config.
Remove entry associated with custom-logo
Then re-import the config and that should allow you to commit and move forward with your testing.
Thank you
