core file crash info

how can i know why system crashed?

will this crash any outage to MP or data plane?

Take a technical support file and grab the TGZ file and explode it, this will create a TAR file. Once you have access to the files you'll be able to navigate to the files in question following the files displayed in your crashinfo listing.

But as per PA tech they say that core crash info file is not part of tech support file?

You are right I was able to see the crash file under 

opt/var.dpo/core /crashinfo

There's a wealth of information in those tech dump files.  A lot of the times I'll poke through the logs from a tech dump before reaching out to TAC.  When there is an unresolvable issue it makes life a lot easier to be able to point to the details from the logs. You can generally get that information from using the less command in the CLI but it's a lot easier to dump the file and grep through all the logs for a specific time if you already know that information.  This obviously doesn't apply to core dumps but it's still useful.
