CSP access

L2 Linker

Dear all,

Apologies for opening so many community cases. but hoping someone could put me in the correct direction.

I need to access my CSP, I come across the following warning message.

Unauthorized Access
Your membership has expired or has not been approved, please contact Palo Alto Networks Support.

I need this access as I progress with further projects, I will need to activate licenses and test features. How could I go about it? at some point, I saw it mentioned contacting the superuser. How can I find out the superuser?
My account was open when I use to work as a tec sup engineer, So I don't know who opened it for me.
any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi @Shadow ,

It looks like you created a new account using an email tied to an existing account. Do you currently work for an organization that has Palo products? The superuser of your organization will need to register you as a user.

Hi Jay,

thank you for the response. with regard to the question, the company name changed. if any issue I guess this is down to having two different email addresses assigned to the same profile. hopefully, I will find a super user.

Once again thank you for your advice

Hi Jay,

not sure if you could answer this, but could Palo Alto do this for me?

Hi @Shadow ,

Happy to help. I believe that to be the issue as well. Unfortunately, only the superuser of the account will be able to add you to your company account. I would ask your network/security team lead. Hope you can get this settled soon!

Dear,

I have the same issue listed above even if the root cause is not the same. I have one account linked to my corporate CSP account and a personal CSP linked to my personal email. Since few months now I can login with my personal account but have no authorized access. see screenshot below.

Any idea on how I can solve this issue to be able to transfer my personal devices?
