I am new user to Palo Alto. I wanted to confirm why I am getting error while login to CSP Portal? Also, is this possible to use Cortex XDR fdor my personal device as a learner/testing?

Are you still experiencing this issue? I just attempted and I was successfully redirected to https://cortex-gateway.paloaltonetworks.com/signin/. You can use cortex xdr on supported devices as your organization would like. I would connect with your administrators.
