I have to say that the online support, especially the YouTube videos that Palo Alto Networks put together are invaluable to being able to deploy new services in our environment. Whether it is a whiteboard session from a couple of years ago, or a quick #ducabytes video to make you think, the depth available is great. We have still only touched a small portion of the capabilities of the devices, but knowing that with some searching on YouTube and the support and live portals, the answers are there for the taking.

Thanks for the great customer experience so far, and I am looking forward to hopefully attending Ignite in the near future to take that experience one step further.

Bruce.

Bruce.

Learn at least one new thing every day.

Looks like I missed it by a day ;). I love the community not only for the advice of others, but also the ideas of how others are utilizing the technology. Always a great read when I can get to it.

Cheers!
