I want to know if can i two account in two different Customer Support Portals with same company mail?

I don't believe you are able to do this as a superuser for multiple accounts, but, if you are added as a BPA user, hardware admin, etc. or some lesser role that is A-OK.
Currently added to 4 accounts of varying roles.

İ am standart user and i want this for accesing and supporting customer's Cortex XDR app. But i am not sure if it is possible or not

Yes, I am in Prisma Access and Cortex XDR tenants of my customers on the hub. It is possible.
