Apologies, I am new to the Palo Alto community and not sure which board to post. I am with an ISP support team. We have a financial institution customer whose email for certain notifications are not being received. The technical support for the bank has written to me and indicated our domain is labeled as a phishing webiste for the reason. They said we must contact Palo Alto to resolve the issue and I understand Palo Alto only handles these specific email messages our customer does receive other messages from the bank. Can anyone here help or provide guidance?
