Dynamic content update error-Panorama

Hi Team

 

Iam getting an error while chcek in to the dynamic content update in my panorama.

 

Error message is as this 'Failed to check WF-Private content upgrade info due to unsupported protocol.Please check network connectivity and try again'

 

Iam getting this error the frequent basis. some time it is working and sometime it not.

 

Please help me to understand this error.

Nudging this thread. We're seeing exactly the same issues with our WF-500-B appliances and clusters. The error message when attempting to perform dynamic updates from the GUI shows "Failed to check WF-Private content upgrade info due to Unsupported protocol. Please check network connectivity and try again.". However, when executed from the CLI with the command "request wf-private upgrade check", you get an alternate error message: "Server error : Failed to check content upgrade info due to generic communication error...".  There are several other posts regarding similar update failures but no consensus on the root problem. What's going on here?
