Email Notifications

hi,
I would like to forward an email notification for specific alerts, ONLY to the person to whom the incident was assigned to.
I don't see any subtype option to the Distribution List.

Has anyone found a solution to achieve this ? (slack messaging is not an option)

Hi @Marco.Dermitzakis ,

You could create separate email server profiles with different recipients.  Then you could use those with different filters for your specific alerts.

I think that is the only way.

I'm assuming that you're talking about Cortex in some way whether that be Cortex XDR, XSOAR, or XSIAM. Can you clarify what product you're talking about? If it's the actual firewall or Panorama (Strata products) then @TomYoung is correct and there's not a great way to set this up.
