I was looking for EOL announcements for a couple of PA models and found this link: https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/services/support/end-of-life-announcements/hardware-end-of-life-dat.... It doesn’t have dates for the 3032 or the 500. I just wanted to confirm this list is up to date or if there are dates posted for the two models mentioned?

The PA-500 actually hasn't hit EOL yet, and so far no dates have been announced, in fact it hasn't even hit EOS yet. Not that I would really recommend anyone buy one at this point.
I'm guessing that by 3032 you actually mean the 3020? If that's the case, then the same thing applies. This platform hasn't reached EOL or EOS at this point, and no such dates have been announced.
Now I'll throw this out there, and by no means do I have any Palo Alto certified info to pass, but I would be shocked if the PA-500 doesn't actually hit EOS here shortly. With that being said, even when a device goes EOS Palo Alto supports the hardware for 5 years. For example the 2000 series went EOS on April 30th 2015, which means that they will still be supported until April 30th 2020.

Thanks for the reply. I meant 3050s, not 3032.

Palo Alto Networks just posted End of Sale announcements for the PA-200, PA-500, and the M-100 appliance, with recommendations on replacement products:
