I have seen similar error when i collected logs from Global Protect client VPN application. I am not sure what causes this error and I would like to understand the cause and possible solution. The error appears as shown below and it occurs more on a daily basis;

Hi @mmusa ,

Can I ask on which GP version you see this error ?

I've seen this before on older GP versions (5.2.x).

It was a known issue and solution was to upgrade to a recommended release:

https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/customer-resources/support-pan-os-software-release-guidance/ta-...

If you're seeing this on a newer/recommended version then I recommend grabbing the GP logs and sending them over to support for analysis.  Just to make sure you're not running into a regression bug.

Kind regards,

-Kim.

Hi @kiwi

I am currently using the GP version 5.2.7-37
I tried to access the URL resource but unfortunately, it returns a window of access denied.

Thank you for your response.

Hi @mmusa ,

That's a customer only resource.

Make sure you access it using your customer account (the one you use to access the Customer Support Portal).

That said, currently these are the recommended GP versions:

6.0.7

6.1.4-c720

6.2.7

Note that GP version 5.2 has been EoL since 02/28/2024:
