Hi @TJTJTJTJ,

What PAN-OS version are you running on which hardware ?

Are there any corefiles/crashes on the device ? Check with the command below

> show system files

If there are corefiles then I'd recommend reaching out to TAC to have them investigated.

Cheers !

Hi @TJTJTJTJ,

First of all I would recommend to upgrade your PAN-OS version to a more recent version.  You are running 6.1.15 which is almost a year old (released on 10/28/2016).

If upgrading is not an option then export those corefiles, generate a tech support file and have TAC investigate the issue. You can export the corefiles using scp or tftp

> scp export core-file ...
or
> tftp export core-file ...

Cheers !
