We are facing one issue from last one month i.e. we are using “Ariba Portal” for our client but the issue is that every 1 or 2 min session auto logout even if using other public network then it is working fine

There's not a whole lot of information to go off of here. It looks like session timeout happens after 30 minutes from what I can find at a brief glance, but that would be server side. I'd probably start by ensuring that your logging interzone-default traffic at least temporarily (or setup another logged policy that's more targeted to a test machine) and see if you aren't denying some of the traffic.
It's not entirely clear here if Ariba is actually logging out the session or if you're attributing logout as it simply stops working.
