FW doesn't display capturing files on packet-capture.

L4 Transporter

Hello.

I am troubleshooting FW for someone issue.

So I have configured packet-capture for special SRC , DST IP on FW.

But FW doesn't display any stages of capturing files on packet-capture (attached file)

I have checked filtering configuration is no problem.

'Captured Packets' are increasing on CLI output (debug dataplane packet-diag show setting)

Please help me.

Thanks.

So does it list the directory as empty when you run >view-pcap filter-pcap <pcap file> ?

The device is running into a previously reported bug, you can restart the vardata-receiver as a workaround for the issue:

>debug software restart vardata-receiver

Restart of this process should not affect the Dataplane or traffic traversing the firewall.

Thanks,

Aditi
