Are you able to boot into maint mode?
-> Factory Reset?
-> Software Downgrade?

What version of PAN-OS are you running on this PA200?

Yes i am able to get into MAINT mode.

i thnk i have OS version 6.x

Welcome to the PanOS Bootloader.

U-Boot 6.0.2.0-54 (Build time: Apr 17 2014 - 19:09:30)

what bothers me is this:

/bin/mkdir: cannot create directory `/new_root': No space left on device
/bin/mkdir: cannot create directory `/new_root': No space left on device

Which maint option i should go with?

Try this as poople have suggested already:

https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/Management-Articles/How-to-perform-a-Factory-Reset-a-Palo-Alto-...

If no joy with "maint" mode then the unit is dead unfortunetly.

Depends on the fact if you still need the configuration. But in case you have a backup (what I assume) I would first try a factory reset.
After that try to bring the firewall to a current release where some old bugs are fixed that the root partition will not get filled with logs or other stuff in the future

If you do not have a config back up you still able to use this option from "maint" mode:

https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/Management-Articles/How-to-Retrieve-the-Palo-Alto-Networks-Fire...

And it is good you can get into it!

I dont care about existing config, it will get new config anyway.
