GlobalProtect Android version 13 issue

L3 Networker

Global Protect login continues to fail on Version 13 Android.

It seems to have been caused by Android security enhancement issues.

created it with SHA 384 but I can't log in.

have you tried using elliptic curve instead of RSA?

What's the difference between the Elliptic Curve DSA and RSA?

rsa is pretty old, not sure what your security settings are that could cause an issue, ut upgrading to a more modern algorithm might help

Hi @qmso475

One of my customer have similar issue. Have you resolved this ?

L0 Member

I have a similar issue too. Do you have any solution to this problem?

You may have only GP root certificate installed on your firewall right? If yes you have to create a child certificate under the root certificate it will resolve the issue

Thank you KhaleelE for your advise.I'll try and let you know.

I tried, but it couldn't resolve the problem.

could you share screenshot of the certificate and ssl profile where the certificate used for the GP.

mob_vpn is a root certificate you have to create child certificate and use that certificate on the ssl/tls profile. Example is below:
