We have got the 220's and i installed the licenses before i configured them in HA. License that we got says GlobalProtect subscription for device in an HA pair. But the GP license doesn' show up in the passive device. I have yet to do any further configuration but tried failing the device to passive to see if it changes anything, nothing, I f i try ti use the same code to activate it won't let me.

Reach out to TAC and explain that you activated the licenses already before you migrated them to an HA configuration, your license probably needs to be reset/re-generated.
